THE MOVE!
After Thanksgiving, beginning the first week of December, ALL SEVEN Downtown Jazzercise classes will be held at Christ Church Cathedral (318 E. Fourth Street) in the Fifth Floor Gymnasium! Our seven classes are: M,W,F Express (12:10-12:40pm) and M,T,W,Th Regular Jazzercise (5:30-6:30pm).
Holiday Game!
Win a Jazzercise canvas tote bag just for coming to class through the Holidays! Form a team of two, fill out a game card, and mark your initials each time you attend class. First 10 teams to reach 30 classes receive a free Jazzercise tote bag! Game starts November 10th and ends December 31st or when all bags are awarded.
Cincinnati Arts Association Online Auction
The Cincinnati Arts Association is holding an on-line auction Nov 17th through Dec 7th to benefit Music Hall, the Aronoff Center, more than a dozen resident companies, local and regional artists, and student programs. Downtown Jazzercise is auctioning off 3 months of Jazzercise. New, former and current Jazzercisers are welcome to bid! Visit www.cincinnatiarts.org/backstage to place your bid before it's too late!
The Rusty Ball - Charity Event!
Jazzerciser Marcy Mullins is actively involved in the St. Willam School's Autism Scholarship Program where her son Marcel, 7, attends. This program has been selected as one of the over 40 charities to benefit from the funds raised through the November 22nd Rusty (Griswalds) Ball. Jazzercise is participating in the silent auction. CelebriTrees!
Tender Mercies presents a holiday celebration featuring trees decorated by the Greater Cincinnati Community, including Downtown Cincinnati Jazzercise! Celebrating its sixth year, CelebriTrees will have over 60 uniquely decorated Christmas trees, shimmering with more than 30,000 holiday lights! The trees are provided by Tender Mercies and are designed and decorated by the Greater Cincinnati Community. Tender Mercies provides housing and individualized supportive services to homeless persons with histories of mental illness. It maintains permanent and transitional housing in six buildings in Over-the Rhine, providing security, dignity and community for all
residents. CelebriTrees will be held across from Brentano’s on the street level of Tower Place Mall. The Opening Preview Party takes place on Thursday, December 4. The public is invited to view the entire display and submit bids for the Silent Auction of the trees from Friday, December 5 through Sunday, December 14. All donations directly benefit Tender Mercies. Please stop by and bid on our Downtown Cincinnati Jazzercise tree which will be covered with Jazzercise t-shirts, sippers, and other goodies including TWO FREE MONTHS OF DOWNTOWN JAZZERCISE to the winning bidder AND a friend! Your Downtown Cincinnati EFT (Easy Fitness Ticket) registration enables you to also attend weekend classes free-of-charge at over 20 suburban Jazzercise centers located in:
